Gallery Quality Chromaluxe Prints

These prints represent a cutting-edge medium in photographic printing and are Max's personal favorites. Using a specialized process, ink is sublimated directly into a sheet of light-reflective Chromaluxe aluminum. Due to the luminescence of the metal surface, the final product exhibits a brightness, vibrancy, and clarity that surpasses all other printing techniques. Chromaluxe prints are so luminous that they almost appear backlit. In addition to their striking finish, these metal prints are guaranteed to last for a century without noticeable fading, are scratch-resistant, waterproof, and come with sleek aluminum hanging hardware for seamless display. The final piece will hang less than an inch away from the wall. Limited Edition Fine Art

To ensure that the value of Max's work increases over time, each piece is printed in a fine art limited edition of 10. Once 10 pieces are produced, the image will never, ever be printed again. Period. Every limited edition piece arrives with a signed certificate of authenticity by Max Dobens to guarantee provenance. This editioning applies to the 24x16", 36x24" and 60x40" sizes and any similar custom sizes regardless of the medium.

Open Edition Fine Art

Max firmly believes that art should be accessible to all, providing tranquility and inspiration regardless of socioeconomic background. To make this vision a reality, the 12x8" and 18x12" sizes are available as open editions and priced accordingly, offering an affordable way for more people to enjoy and connect with his work.

Custom Artwork

Each image on his website is available in various sizes - 12x8", 18x12", 24x16", 36x24" and 60x40". If you don't see the size or image you're looking for, or if you have something specific in mind, please ask! He loves working with his clients to create custom pieces that perfectly fit their home or office.

Design Consultation

Max loves incorporating his pieces into the interior design of homes and offices. If you are torn between several different pieces, just send Max a photo of your wall, and he will superimpose any image onto your space to give you a better idea of how it all will fit together. Alternatively, each image Max has captured has its own unique story, and he often finds that once someone hears the story directly from him, the decision about which image to select becomes much easier. Max is always available by Zoom, phone, email or WhatsApp to discuss different options.

Production and Shipping

When you place an order, your request will be personally reviewed by Max and will go into production within 24 hours. Each piece is custom-made to order. We use only the highest quality materials and meticulous standards to ensure perfection before the piece leaves the printing lab. Our paper prints typically take one week to produce, plus shipping time. Our premium Chromaluxe Metal prints usually take between one week to produce, in addition to shipping times. Every piece is carefully reviewed and packaged before shipping.

At Max Dobens Photography, every piece is crafted and shipped with the utmost care to ensure you receive a product worthy of your home and your trust. While rare, shipping mishaps can occur. If your order arrives damaged, please inspect it upon delivery and contact Max within 24 hours. Simply send clear digital photos of the damage, and he’ll replace your item immediately at no cost to you—plus include a small thank-you gift for your patience and understanding. Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final, and he's unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than shipping damage.
