Max Dobens, the Tripod Traveler, left the warm coast of Valencia to head to chilly New York for his 1st Annual Fine Art Photography Exhibition on December 2nd. And since he had to bring the smoked wild boar sausage and truffled Valencian cheese in his suitcase, he left his tripod at home :)
At the end of the night, he sold 5 of the 19 images and had about 75 people attend the exhibit making it a resounding success!
The photo above features three things that he really loves (from l to r): the image "Lavender Sunrise" which was the largest sale of the evening and his two sons Sean and Aiden. After this, Max met his wife Mylène in Cuenca for two days of personal and professional planning for 2024. In the January issue, he will mention some of the highlights for his 2024 photography trips.
Until then, if you want to have a look at any of the images you can do so on his website maxdobens.com
